1. Who we are

Delicious Menoo (“we”, “us”) is a digital menu and ordering platform for restaurants, operated by Vortex Creative. Contact: sander@livedecinema.com.

2. Data we collect

Restaurant owners (account holders): name, email, restaurant details, billing information (processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record).

Customers (diners): a random anonymous token stored in your browser to track your orders. We do not collect names, emails, or any personal data from diners unless you voluntarily submit a rating comment.

Contact form: name, email, restaurant name, city, and any message you submit.

3. How we use data

  • Provide and operate the menu and ordering service
  • Process subscriptions and payments (via Paddle)
  • Send transactional emails (password reset, team invites)
  • Respond to contact form inquiries
  • AI-powered translation and allergen suggestions (text sent to OpenAI, not stored)

4. Data storage

Data is stored on Supabase (AWS sa-east-1) and served via Vercel. Media files are stored in Supabase Storage.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

  • Paddle — payment processing (as Merchant of Record)
  • Resend — transactional emails
  • OpenAI — menu translation and allergen suggestions (no personal data sent)

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to or restrict processing

Restaurant owners can delete their account and all associated data from Settings > Delete Account. For other requests, email sander@livedecinema.com.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: authentication session and language preference. No tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Data retention

Account data is kept while the account is active. After account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days. Contact form submissions are kept for 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
