Delicious Menoo provides a digital menu platform with optional ordering capabilities for restaurants. The service is operated by Vortex Creative.
Restaurant accounts are created by invitation only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may invite team members to your account. You are responsible for their actions within your restaurant.
Subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all tax compliance (including EU VAT).
Plans are available on quarterly, biannual, and annual billing cycles. There is no monthly plan.
Setup fees are waived for biannual and annual plans.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, videos, menu descriptions). By uploading, you grant us a license to display it within the platform.
You must have the right to use all content you upload. Do not upload copyrighted material you don't own.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes all restaurant data, menu items, orders, team members, and media files permanently.
Active subscriptions will be canceled upon account deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delicious Menoo is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
